Lets get the app installed on your phone. If you already have it installed you can skip to step 2.
Firstly go to the Play store or Apple store and search for an app called DMSS the icon should look like the one featured below. Ours is already installed so it says update, yours will say install, click that and install the app. Takes a few seconds so wait for it to load and press open when it appears.
Once you have opened the app you will have to tap the circle to say you have read the terms and conditions, then press next. You will get a welcome screen. As per the image below, keep clicking the blue circle at the bottom until it says start now (press start now)
Follow the on screen instructions and select the correct country. This part is important, by selecting the incorrect country could mean that it will not work. Once the country has been selected press ok in the top right hand corner. If everything has been correctly configured you will be greeted with the screen below. As of the 15th January 26 you will also need to sign up to use the app so that if you swap your phone it can easily be transferred to your new phone.
With us far? now to for the long winded part, take your time and follow each step outlined we have tried to keep this as simple as possible.
This is the final screen, Change the default device name to something of your choice i.e. “Home”. The press get started and that’s it. You should now be able to see your cameras live
